Hot Month, Hot Body Challenge
With our crazy lifestyles, sometimes it’s hard to get to the gym and workouts at home can be difficult due to lack of equipment. I have created a 31-day challenge that incorporates a few of our love/hate exercises: squats, burpees, lunges and pushups.
