Clean Chicken Salad

I’ve been really bad about meal-prep lately (hence why I haven’t been taking too many photos). In all honesty, it’s easier to just go to the grocery store and pick something up because Publix has such an awesome selection of grab and go foods but eating there everyday makes those meals become pretty boring, pretty quick. So, as part of my overall training and my intention to save money for school, I’m back at it!

 

Today’s lunch was Chicken Salad (recipe below), white cheddar rice crackers and a banana.

 

Chicken Salad Recipe:
makes 2 servings

1 can of canned chicken

1 fresh avocado

1 tsp 30% less sodium taco seasoning
